Vaginal wind: A Silent but Common Symptom

Objective: To estimate the frequency and associated factors of vaginal flatus “wind” among women attending gynecology clinic at King Abdulaziz university hospital. Materials methods: This prospective cohort study included for routine pelvic examination used a non-validated questionnaire to investigate presence wind related factors. Results: The 41 who were interviewed by physician after their verbal consent was obtained. Their demographic clinical data analyzed in relation or absence wind. Conclusion: Our findings indicate that is common, but bothersome, symptom sexually active women. It may be with organ prolapse
